Our friendly and professional Concierge service operates Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm and is on hand to assist all visitors as well as offer a range of bespoke services to tenants. Concierge is situated at the main entrance lobby of 363 George Street.

Services include:

  • meet and greet assistance and a source of information for tenants and visitors
  •  organising personal services – from restaurant reservations, dining and catering recommendations, accommodation and travel bookings, floral orders, car hire, purchasing gifts or tickets
  • visitor and VIP escorts
  • directing all contractors, couriers and deliveries
  • managing customer feedback and logging service requests
  • logging tenant service requests

Complimentary umbrella loan

To borrow an umbrella, simply present your access card at the Concierge desk. Umbrellas are loaned during business hours and must be returned by 5pm each day.

Dry cleaning

  • Log on to www.myvalet.com.au and register your personal details (put the Concierge Desk, 363 George Street as your delivery and pick-up address).
  • Place your dry cleaning in a bag with either your invoice or business card attached and drop it to Concierge.
  • Your dry cleaning will be picked up by myvalet and will be ready for you to collect from Concierge the next day
